How a session engagement actually works
We start with a full behavioral intake—sleep, eating patterns, stress load, movement habits—mapped as a connected picture, not separate forms.
From there, sessions run on a consistent cadence. Each one examines what actually happened since we last spoke, identifies friction points, and recalibrates the focus.
Between sessions, accountability is light and direct—no tracking dashboards, no streaks. Progress is measured by whether a chosen change is still holding in real conditions.
